Winding Part
*Hydraulic support arm upper and lower shafts, electric clapping and closing, making the loading andunloading of the weaving shaft more convenient.

Unwinding Part

Magnetic Powder Brake
*The tension control can automatically adapt to the changes in the diameter of the warp (sizing) shaftafter the sizing process, and is controlled by an air-cooled magnetic powder brake that always maintainsa constant and has stable torgue characteristics. Therefore, it can make the arrangement of yarns more uniform and make the openings part for weaving extremely clear.
*Through digital control, even during acceleration and deceleration, the tension can be kept stable.
*When there is a power outage, use UPS power to make the yarn stop smoothiy without looseness.
*The configuration of the warp shaft frame adopts the method of equal spacing between each yarnsheet, so it is not easy to produce kinks.
*The tension of each beam adopts an independent closed-loop control method, which can sets thetension of each beam frame separately, and provides high-precision real-time feedback to control thetension of each beam frame.

 

Motor Driven
*By installing a tension sensor on the guide roller, closed-loop tension control is carried out.
*The multi section transmission technology used in the sizing machine is also applied between various warp (sizing) shaft frames and winding rollers. As the diameter of the warp (sizing) shaft frame decreases.the speed of the warp (sizing) shaft frame and the winding roller changes. During operation, the tension of the warp (sizing) shaft frame reaches the set value.
* When the power is cut off, due to the power supply of the motor being cut off, in order to prevent the phenomenon of yarm twisting or loosening caused by excessive rotation, a mechanical disc brake isused, and through pneumatic control, the warp (sizing) shaft is stopped smoothly.

 

Winding Part
*Adopting oil bath large module helical gear transmission, making the transmission smoother andquieter.
*Adopting hydraulic support arms or hydraulic lifting platforms with upper and lower shafts(customer selected) and electric clapper opening and closing forms, making the loading and unloading of the weaving shaft simple and convenient.
*Equipped with a four-roller drive and an anti-rotation device, the yam sheet maintains tensionduring shutdown.
*Using pressure sensor control technology to make the winding tension more stable.
*Use a variable frequency motor to automatically control the taper tension.
*Equipped with infrared safety protection devices to ensure safe operation.
*Eauipped with an electric telescopic reed for left and riaht movement, as well as a retraction and expansion device.
