Intelligent Yarn Feeding & Tension Control System Features active unwinding technology with tension motor drive and PLC frequency converter control ensuring constant tension; winding part utilizes hard anodized aluminum rollers with yarn sheet tension device, tape adhesive device, pneumatic shaft lifting system, and static eliminator; stable tension control employs high-quality warping device without slack adjustment, AC vector motor equipped with mechanical brake system preventing yarn relaxation during power outages.

Advanced Sizing & Film Formation Technology Sizing part utilizes dual variable frequency motor drive system with pneumatic sizing pressure and specially designed pressure rollers ensuring uniform sizing across yarn sheet; equipped with double-layer insulated sizing tank, sizing solution heating control, and anti-splash sizing trough; condensation part adopts 6-rod wet layering structure for film protection, optional chiller for enhanced condensation effect, and layering reed lifting device.

Multi-Element Drying & Temperature Control System Drying part features two-section reverse hot air circulation oven with five drying cylinders, independent temperature control for each cylinder, tension sensor control system, and post-drying oiling device; hot air circulation chamber offers steam, natural gas, and thermal oil heating options with counter-flow hot air circulation and high-efficiency heat exchanger; cold air box provides oil/wax cooling solidification and beam yarn cooling functionality.
